What's Sandlot Sunday you ask....? Sandlot Sunday is meant to be FUN and to keep practicing those baseball skills during the off season. This will be a player lead game, with coaches and board members supervising to make sure they are doing everything correctly.

First, players will line up and do stretches together. Then players will be split up in teams and the fun begins! Time of play will be around 1.5 hours.

This will be COACHED and/or MACHINE pitched!

Congratulations to our Intermediates for winning Sections! Please help them get to State by donating to their GoFundMe! (Click on photo to be taken directly to the GoFundMe)

THANK YOU to all of our sponsors!

Congratulations to all of the winners!

The league has a shortage of umpires. As a result, for the 2022 season, coaches and parent volunteers will umpire the Minors games. Balls and strikes can be called from behind the pitcher's mound. The home team will be responsible for organizing the umpire duties for the game.

Games will be called by volunteer umpires.
Please email our Umpire-In-Chief, Brian King, if you are interested in volunteering.

Intermediate games will be called by an official umpire.

Background Checks

All coaches, assistant coaches, umpires, team parents, score keepers and snack bar workers are required to complete and pass a background check.  Please email our Safety Officer, Jamie Farnsworth, with your name, email address and your team name & division.  Once your background check has cleared, you will be given a yellow silicone wristband to wear at all AGVLL events as proof that you are an approved volunteer.

Snack Bar

Santos Field Snack Bar:

The HOME TEAM is responsible for snack bar duties during each Majors game. We need two parents from the home team team to sign-up for for your designated days/times.  Snack bar stays open with all of our help!

You will need to have a background check done to volunteer in the snack bar. Please email

*This is a great opportunity for high school students that need community service hours.

No Dogs

We know you love your dogs and they are a part of your family, but dogs are not allowed at any Little League events.  Spectators with dogs will be asked to leave the Soto Sports Complex.
